In his newly-official letter, Quang Ngai PPC Chairman permit the provincial Red Cross to receive 50 crank wheelchairs with a total value of 50 million VND funded by Orphan Voice to allocate to the disabled in the provincial area.
The provincial Red Cross was requested to be responsible for coordinating with the relevant agencies to set up the allocation plan, aiming at ensuring procedures in accordance with the current regulations and beneficiaries.
Da Nang City based Orphan Voice is an American humanitarian relief organization, its mission isto improve Vietnam’s orphans’ lives, children’s special-needs, and children at-risk for abuse in Central of Vietnam.
