(CPV) - Poor families in Ang Cang commune, Muong Ang district, Dien Bien Phu city in the northern mountainous province of Dien Bien have benefited from the “cow bank” program launched by the Vietnam Red Cross. Accordingly, 85 poor families have received cows for production to boost household income and standard of living. This was the second phase of cow donation to poor families in the province this year. In the first phase, 60 cows were presented to poor families in Ang Nua commune, Muong Ang district in April.
