PANO – Women Association of Military Zone 2 had a working session with the visiting mission from the Luang Namtha provincial Women’s Association, Laos.
At the session on July 26th at the zone’s command, the two sides informed each other about situations relating to the associations’ activities, emulation movements launched by the two Parties, States and Women Unions, as well as working experience.
In the openness, sincerity and solidarity spirit, the two sides laid stress on the positions and roles of women’s associations in national construction and protection and their overcoming difficulties to fulfil all assigned missions.
Addressing the event, Vu Son Hoang, Deputy Political Director of the zone, said that members of Military Zone 2 and Luang Namtha provincial women’s associations should foster fruitful friendship between the two Parties, States and peoples despite hostile forces’ “peaceful evolution” and schemes of making use of religious and national issues to sabotage the two countries’ revolutions and separate special friendly solidarity between Vietnam and Laos.
