A delegation representing academies under Ministry of Internal AFfairs (MIA), Russian Federation, including Volgograd MI Academy, Moscow MI Academy, and Ryazan Law and Management Academy, headed by Colonel K.E. Nikolaevich, former Deputy Director of Volgograd Academy, paid a working visit Hai Duong on August 14 morning.
Standing Vice Secretary of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee. Mr. Vu Van Son introduced the delegation Hai Duong’s economic, political, cultural, and social situation and development over the past years and its development orientation in the coming years.
He thanked the State and people, especially teachers, of the former Soviet Union and present-day Russian Federation for their sentiments towards Vietnamese pupils and students and wished for further development of Vietnam – Russia friendship.
Colonel K.E. Nikolaevich appreciated Vietnamese students’ spirit of being fond of knowledge, intelligence, and diligence during their learning at academies under the Russian Federation’s MIA and affirmed that the Vietnamese students once studying in the Russian Federation are the strings that tighten Vietnam – Russia relationship and help it further develop.
Colonel K.E. Nikolaevich hoped the province’s students once learning at academies under the Russian Federation’s MIA will arrange their time and work to visit Volgograd Academy and attend the ceremony marking its International Faculty’s 40th establishment anniversary in 2016.
