PANO – Division 324 of Military Zone 4 on August 1st began the construction of a gratitude house for Senior Lieutenant Le Van Nghia from the division’s Political Board.
Officer Nghia, a native in Tien Dien commune, Nghi Xuan district, Ha Tinh province, is facing housing difficulty.
Apart from financial assistance by the Ministry of National Defence, troops of Battalion 17 of Division 324 will contribute dozens of working days to construct the house.
