Japanese city enhances cooperation with HCMC

On August 7, Deputy Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh city People’s Committee, Le Manh Ha, worked with Japan’s Saitama delegation, led by Governor Yasuo Iwasaki.

In his speech, Mr. Yasuo Iwasaki said that Vietnam is attracting the attention of Japanese businesses. He affirmed that the purpose of his visit to Ho Chi Minh city was to establish a Saitama Businesses Network in southern Vietnam.


Currently, Saitama sees 53 companies operating in Vietnam. Mr. Yasuo Iwasaki expressed his hope that Saitama and Ho Chi Minh city will build cooperation resulting in mutual benefit in the coming time.


Mr. Le Manh Ha, affirmed Ho Chi Minh city’s effort in promoting investment and cooperation between the businesses of the two sides./.
