According to the latest report of Quang Ngai Provincial People’s Committee, during the period between 1961 and 1975, 584 places in the province had been sprayed chemical of Dioxin.
Even some places were sprayed from 10 to 20 times.
The chemical affects seriously on environment, especially on people in the province.
It is reported that Quang Ngai has totally 23.500 Dioxin victims, of which Dioxin infected-children under 16 years old are calculated to be 2,210.
