PANO – A Cambodian military attaché delegation, led by Major Theam Virak, Deputy military attaché of the Cambodian Embassy to Vietnam on November 10th paid a working visit to the Signal University of Signal Arms.
At the working session, the Cambodian deputy attaché thanked the University’s commanders for holding training courses for the Cambodian Royal Army’s cadets and cadres over the past time as well as expressed his hope to receive more support from the University in the time to come.
