VGP – PM Nguyen Tan Dung has approved the election of Ms. Nguyen Bich Ngoc as Vice Chairperson of Cao Bang Province’s People’s Committee in the 2011-2016 term.


Ms. Ngoc previously headed the provincial Department of Finance.
