PANO – The Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Central Committee and Youth Committee of the Ministry of Transport on November 10th launched a voluntary medical centre to provide first aid to traffic accident patients along Highway 1A. The center run by volunteers is at Ga Intersection in Thanh Loc ward, District 12, Ho Chi Minh City.

Accordingly, ten doctors, nurses and volunteer youths equipped with medical equipment will be in charge of providing first aid to the injured in traffic accidents before taking them to hospitals for treatment.
In addition, participating volunteers will also help the police reduce traffic congestions at the peak times.
