All of the divisions were built in favorable positions to serve the reception of those coming for administrative procedure settlement.
To date, all departments and People’s Committees at district and commune levels in Hai Duong province have implemented the project of administrative procedure reform (APR) following the “single-window” mechanism, an increase of 36 units compared to 2013.
Of which, the Hai Duong city, Chi Linh provincial town, and the districts of Ninh Giang, Tu Ky, Kim Thanh, and Thanh Mien have been resolving APR following a modern “single-window” mechanism (application of information technology in procedure settlement). Office building areas in the remaining districts are being perfected.
All “single-window” divisions were built in favorable positions to serve the reception of those coming for AP settlement. The document of AP set announced by the provincial authorities has been posted up in all “single-window” and “modern single-window” divisions under provincial departments and units.
