The first prize in video category went to “Measles” by Nguyen Tan Hien from Long An Communications and Health Education Centre and “EPI” by Yen Bai Communications and Health Education Centre. Meanwhile, in audio and poster categories, the work “Let’s change prejudice of EPI” by Tran Van Trung from Thang Long Audiovisual Joint-Stock Company and the work by Nguyen Tien Minh on Kim Ma Street, Hanoi, won first prizes, respectively.

Highly appreciating the successful contest, Deputy Minister of Health, Prof. Nguyen Thanh Long, laid stress on the importance of raising people’s awareness and providing knowledge of disease prevention to more people in the context that some diseases are on the rise, and disease prevention has been played down.

The awarded works will be used to make a standard set of messages on disease prevention and EPI as a foundation to create more products to encourage locals to join hands in disease prevention and EPI.
