PANO – The People Army’s Newspaper (PAN) in association with the Ha Nam provincial Military Command on December 18th inaugurated and handed over a gratitude house to Mrs. Pham Thi Them, a retired worker with a fatal disease in Duc Ly commune, Ly Nhan district, Ha Nam province.

The 70sq.m construction started in September of this year, donated by Senior Colonel Nguyen Tien Dung, Deputy Director of Military Hospital 354 of the General Department of Logistics, PAN, local people and her family.
Standing in front of the new house, Mrs. Tam expressed her deep thanks to the donators.
Addressing the ceremony, Senior Colonel Ha Manh Tuong, PAN’s Deputy Editor in Chief hoped to receive more support from domestic and international donators to build more houses for needy policy beneficiaries.
