A young Chinese man was caught red-handed on December 29th in Thi Hoa commune, Ha Lang district of Cao Bang province with over 4kg of crystal-methamphetamine for sale.


Huang Xue Qiang, born in 1991, residing in Long Chau district, Guangxi province, China, confessed that he was transporting the drugs into Vietnam to sell for profit.


The case is under further investigation./.
