PANO – A working delegation of the Ministry of National Defence, led by Deputy Defence Minister Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Thanh Cung, paid visits to some army units stationed in Da Nang city on September 19th and 20th.
After inspecting facilities and barracks of Division 375 and Factory A32 (the Air Defence and Air Force Service), Oil and Gas Depot 182 and Regiment 683 (General Department of Logistics), the Song Thu Group (the General Department of Military Industry) and the Naval Region 3 Command (the Navy), General Cung highly valued their efforts to overcome difficulties to fulfil their assigned tasks.
The Deputy Defence Minister also asked the units to continue to strengthen their troops’ thought and political stance, promote combat readiness and training quality, focus on fire fighting and prevention work, effectively respond to the campaign of “Managing and using weapons and technical equipment well, durably, safely and economically, and traffic safety”, and heighten military and civilian unity, as well as enhance troops’ living standards.
