​In the morning of 20 June 2014, Quang Ngai based-Plan International and Son Tinh DPC co-organized the ceremony to summarize the cooperation program in the period of 2002 – 2014.
Leader of Department of Foreign Affairs, representatives of Department of Planning and Investment, Project Management Boards from districts, communes and relevant agencies attended the event.
At the ceremony, Plan International and related partners reviewed the results achieved over 10 years as well as shared experiences on maintaining, developing components and works after project ending.
As released, since 2002, Plan International has funded more than VND 22.5 billion (over US $ one million) to carry out activities regarding to socio-economic development, community health, early childhood care and development, clean water and environment sanitation, natural disaster prevention and mitigation, etc in communes of Tinh Dong, Tinh Tra and Tinh Hiep, Son Tinh district.
The programs and projects funded by Plan International in Son Tinh district will finish this year. The activities implemented in Ba To and Son Ha are still going on.
