PANO – The two-day North Central Vietnam Tourism-Culinary Culture Festival wrapped up on July 26th in Cua Lo town, Nghe An province.
The festival drew the participation of 32 units with 60 stalls from North Central provinces, Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Laos and Thailand.
Besides enjoying some typical dishes, tourists had chances to observe the process of cooking food by professional chefs.
During the event, tourism businesses, restaurants and hotels of the provinces and cities boosted cooperation, exchanges and shared experience to improve the quality of culinary services.
