PANO – Youths from Naval Squadron 48 and Binh Dinh provincial Border Guard Command in association with local volunteers have carried out various voluntary activities in coastal localities of Hoai Nhon district.
The participants provided free health check-ups and medicines to the needy and disadvantaged people and offered gifts to needy students.
Besides, they also granted scholarships to children of needy officers, First Lieutenant Nguyen Van Kim and Senior Lieutenant Nguyen Nam, of Tam Quan Nam Border Post.
