Addressing the event, general Khanh highly valued the participants’ suggestions and also put forward shortcomings in studying, manufacturing and purchasing the devices in the army.

He asked the relevant units to closely keep in touch with the world’s development of science and technology, promote their troops’ professionalism to make modern night vision devices, effectively train soldiers to master them, and give priority to home-made gears, and ensure them for assigned tasks, making contributions to building a regular, elite and increasingly modern army.
