PANO – The Military Command of Na Ry district (Bac Kan province) on the morning of December 15th presented a gratitude house to Nong Van Trinh, a needy sick soldier in poor health, in Ban Lai hamlet, Con Minh commune, Na Ry district.

The house was completed with the support of VND 70 million from the gratitude fund of Viettel Group. On this occasion, Bac Kan Provincial Military Command will hand over 17 gratitude houses to policy beneficiaries in the province, reaching 100% of the set plan.
