PANO – Rotary, an Australian humanitarian organization, handed over 166 wheelchairs to disabled children facing adversity in Binh Luc district, Ha Nam province.

The presentation ceremony was held on September 20th, in the presence of Australian Ambassador to Vietnam Hugh Borrowman and Vice Chairman of Ha Nam Provincial People’s Committee Tran Hong Nga.
Reportedly, since 2004, the organization has presented 1,414 wheelchairs, valued at AUD 105,000 in total, to hospitals and the disabled in Vietnam.
